Lori A. Yocum
Lori A. Yocum specializes in estate planning, probate law, and conservatorships. She is a member of the firm's Estate Planning Department and practices in the Rancho Bernardo office.
Ms. Yocum's expertise includes the drafting of trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and community property agreements; probating estates; establishing, administering and terminating conservatorships and guardianships; and administering trusts.
She earned a bachelor of arts degree in English from San Diego State University in 1986 and a juris doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1990.
Ms. Yocum is admitted to practice before the courts of California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. She is a member of the California Bar Association and is active in the Bar Association of Northern San Diego County (BANSDC). Ms. Yocum chaired the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section of the BANSDC. She also chaired and taught "People's Law School," an Adult Education Service presented by BANSDC. Her legal articles have been published in the North County Times column, "You and the Law." In addition, Ms. Yocum is a board member of the San Marcos-Escondido Junior Women's Club.
